京津文化フォーラム82はインターネットから誕生しました。

京阪電気鉄道の名車80形の解体の危機が迫ったとき、インターネット(2ちゃんねる掲示板)を通じて結成された集団「京阪80形電車の保存を実現するプロジェクト」。

その集団が数々の知恵を絞り、2003年6月1日にNPO法人「京津文化フォーラム82」として動き始めました。それは今までの鉄道保存の概念を超えた、「生きた保存」を目指す新たな挑戦です。

当NPOは、名車・京阪80形電車の功績を讃え、世界にたった1両になってしまった82号を保存し、この車両を舞台として各種の文化を発信します。私たちは、ただの「82号車保存会」ではありません。私たちは、京津文化フォーラム82です。

Forum 82 of Arts comes from the internet.

When the beloved tram was on the edge of the crisis of vanishment, some BBS netizen formed a team "Save Our Old Friend Project".

The project had generated many ideas to conquer many difficulties, and finally was reborn into the "Forum 82 of Arts N.P.O.". It was at 1st June, 2003. Now, our new challenge has began-toward building the new concept of train retention, so-called as "real active preservation".

We retain our old friend No.82, the one and only survivor of Keihan Electric Railway's Type 80 tram, in order to praise the achievement of this small-pretty giant. And we produce various arts from her-now the streetcar plays a brand-new role, carrying the new passenger, our dream. Welcome aboard and listen! We are not the ordinal No.82 preservation team, but the Forum 82 of Arts.

2002年5月

2ちゃんねる鉄道板オフ会にて、年寄りが煤に対し浜大津留置線に放置されている80形の保存を提案する。冗談半分。

2002年9月

放置中の80形(81号82号)が錦織車庫に回送される。解体の危機が迫る。
煤が1人で錦織に赴き、保存したい旨を申し出る。82形のみ保存できる可能性があることがわかる。

2002年10月

任意団体「京阪80形電車の保存を実現するプロジェクト」として、活動を開始。一時は小学校と共同で保存する方向で具体化したが、小学校側がPTAを説得できずに保存を断念。白紙に戻る。保存のための土地探しが始まる。

2002年10月〜12月

土地提供企業を探しつつ、過去の保存運動を研究する。市民団体や学識経験者との交流を行う。理想の保存の方法について模索する。独自ドメイン(forum82.com)を取得。

2002年11月

京阪電気鉄道のご厚意で、82号へ再塗装してもらう。

2003年3月

当面の間、錦織車庫の一部を借りて展示することで京阪側と合意する。

2003年4月

今までの鉄道車両保存の概念を超えた保存を実現するための体制として、特定非営利活動法人(NPO)格を取得して文化事業の発信を試みる具体案が固まる。

2003年5月

多くの議論を重ね、定款等NPOとしての活動に不可欠な文書の作成を行う。

2003年6月

設立総会を行い、滋賀県庁に設立の申請をする。活動を支援してもらうための協賛企業を探す。プロジェクトの解散。芸術家とのコミュニケーションの本格化。82号の洗車・清掃を行う。

2003年7月

滋賀県民文化チャレンジ企画に挑戦し、書類選考を通過する。保存・公開・活用方法についての公式発表。ウェブサイト、forum82.comのリニューアル。

2003年8月

82号、42歳の誕生日。22日、第1回公開。6年ぶりに82号が復活をとげる。

May. 2002

Toshiyorie hit upon to preserve Type 80 trams stored in Hama-otsu in the off-line meeting of 2ch railway board, and proposed the idea to Susu. It was of course a kind of joke.

Sep. 2002

The stored Type 80 trams (81, 82) were forwarded to Nishigori car depot-to be broken.
Susu visited the car depot to offer preservation by his friends' selves. The possibility of preserving 82 turned out.

Oct. 2002

The launch of Save Our Old Friend Project. The project seemed to be successful in collaborate with an elementary school in Kyoto prefecture, yet the plan was failed since the PTA could not make school officer convinced. The project was forced back to the beginning-they submitted the site book to postpone the abolition and seeking for preservation site.

Oct. - Dec. 2002

Studies of train preservation cases. Continual seeking for an enterprise to provide the site to preserve her. Communication with civil group or academia. Build the concept of ideal preservation. Acquired the original domain "forum82.com".

Nov. 2002

No.82 was re-painted with kindness of KER.

Mar. 2003

Contract with KER to exhibit 82 by renting some part of Nishigori car depot for a certain period.

Apr. 2003

The concrete idea, to challenge art-produce enterprise with N.P.O. corporate body, was almost fixed. It is a system to achieve a brand-new railroad vehicle retention.

May. 2003

Processing document which is essential for N.P.O. activities (e.g. association articles) through lots of arguments.

Jun. 2003

After the kick-off general meeting, submit documents of establishment to Shiga prefecture government. Looking for sponsor enterprise. Dismiss of the project. Communication with artist. Washing and cleaning No.82.

Jul. 2003

Applied and passed the first qualify of Shiga prefecture culture challenge plan. Official release of preservation, exhibition and activation plan concept. Renewal of the web site forum82.com.

Aug. 2003

42nd birthday of No.82. Day 22, The first exhibition-the renaissance of No.82 after six years.
