82号に乗ろう!
NPO法人 京津文化フォーラム82では、京阪電車の「大津線感謝祭」に本年も協力し、保存車82号を公開いたします。
完全な形で現存する唯一の80形電車である82号車は引退以来、静態保存車では「常識」である機器の撤去・固定等の処置をとらず、電気さえあれば理論上はいつでも自走できる「生きた保存」を行っています。これまでの公開時においても、車内放送等を復活させてきました。
今回は引退後10年を迎えるにあたって、一部機器の可動化を目指して整備し「生きた保存」のコンセプトを一歩進めます。その上で、構内入換車に牽引される「動く80形」の体験乗車ができます。
京津文化フォーラム82は「保存(keep being)から『保活(keep alive)』へ」をコンセプトとして、可能な限り現状に近い形での電車の保存、および保存電車を活用した文化発信を行うNPO法人です。 これまで、2度にわたって82号車内で車内の現代美術展(インスタレーション)を実施したほか、大津線公式webサイト「keihan-o2.com」の製作、沿線の学生の共同による営業列車での作品展示およびインスタレーション「石坂線文化祭」のコーディネイト(2回)など、電車・駅と沿線、芸術文化にかかわる日本初の試みを多数実施しています。
Let's take train No.82!
Forum 82 of Arts N.P.O. will exhibit preserved tram No.82 in cooperation with Keihan Electric Railway's Otsu Line Thanks Festival.
As is common case with static preservation, yet we have not fixed nor removed any machinery from No. 82, the only perfectly-existent type 80 tram, Therefore, theoretically she can run again with certain electricity. Actually, we have activated some mechanism i.e. PA system.
A decade has passed since her retirement, as a progress of "Keep Alive" concept, we maintain some of machinery workable. Therefore you can enjoy "moving" type 80 tram pulled by switching locomotive inside the depot.
Forum 82 of Arts N.P.O. preserves No.82 tram in an original condition and activate her as a cultural stage, with concept "from Keep Being to Keep Alive" preservation. We organised contemporary art exhibition inside the tram twice, make keihan-o2.com - Keihan Otsu Line official website, or produced students' artwork on Ishiyama-Sakamoto line cultural festival. They all are the first trans-railway-cultural communication experiment in Japan.
